SHIPPING & RETURNS
Marula ships most items using USPS Priority Mail, however sometimes also uses UPS or Fedex Ground. Most items ship from Marula ‘s warehouse in Los Angeles.
Which countries does Marula ship to?
Marula currently only ships to the US. To order from the UK, please go to to marula.co.uk
What does Marula charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary according to the product being shipped and the address it is going to. Please check your shopping cart for details of shipping charges for your order.
Your item will ship within 2 business days of the purchase date – unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. To check the status of current orders and to see past orders, visit “my account” after logging in. If you have questions about an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders $50 or more are FREE! The cost of shipping for all other orders will vary according to the product being shipped and the address it is going to. Please check your shopping cart for details of shipping charges for your order.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
Sometimes your entire order will ship in one package and sometimes your order will include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.
We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to us within (14) days of receipt – please read the return policy on the product description though as some return policies may be less than 14 days, and there are a few that are Final Sale. All items must be unused in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or a credit to your Marula account.
Please Note: Items that arrive after the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
How do I know if the item is returnable?
If a product is eligible for return it will be indicated on your order confirmation page, as well as on the packing slip. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
What is the process for returning an item?
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Care by phone or email by visiting our Contact page.
Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
How will I know when my return has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, as well as the amount credited.
If the refund is made to your credit card, please allow ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Did you receive the wrong item? Was your item damaged or defective?
If you believe you received an item in error, or if your item was damaged in transit or defective, please contact Customer Care so that we can assist you. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please make sure you select a shipping address that can be delivered to when placing an order.
