We believe in the exceptional skincare benefits of Marula Pure Beauty Oil, which are backed by research and clinically tested results. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and stand by the superior quality of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Marula, please call Customer Care at (310) 559-8600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your ship date, and we will provide a return authorization and instructions for mailing your return. If calling, please have the following information available or include it in your email:
- A copy of your order
- Order #
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Reason for return/exchange
Failure to provide the information above may result in a delay in your return processing. Returns cannot be processed by our warehouse unless you first contact us for a return authorization and instructions. Return authorization codes are valid for 30 days from issuance; returns received after expiration of the return authorization code may not be processed. Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we will issue a refund via the original payment method, in accordance with the following return policy.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of issuance of return authorization.
- Any product issues must be reported within14 days of your ship date to Customer Care via phone (310) 559-8600 or email us at email@example.com.
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
- Returns must contain all products shipped, including any gift with purchase or promotional products.
- We will refund the purchase price plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds given to you in connection with your order.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.

- Please allow 10-14 business days after receipt of your return in our warehouse for Marula to process your refund.
- Products must have been purchased directly from www.marula.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER PROBLEM
If you receive a damaged or defective item or an item is missing from the shipment, we will be happy to send you a new product.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. If your order contains a damaged item or is missing a product, please contact Customer Care immediately at (310) 559-8600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To expedite your request, please provide the order number along with your full name, email address, and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items, if any, for inspection by the carrier.
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
